From the first step into this law office to the day my divorced was resolved I got the best legal help and emotional supported by the best people I have ever known. Going through divorce is traumatic and painful, and the unknown is scary, but I was fortuned enough to meet Melissa. She works tirelessly to make sure you are getting the best advise and is quick to respond, very methodical, professional and does not leave any stone unturned. She has given me all the strength that I needed to put the pieces together and move on with my life. Melissa is nothing but honest, compassionate and caring, but she is also a fierce fighter, she knows how to win, how to negotiate and how to be fair. I hired Melissa Needle in a time of need. She demanded 25,000 for a retainer fee and made it clear that payment to her was a priority. I came to Melissa for child custody matters and with hope she could help. Her nice office and nice front desk was a facade. Melissa made huge legal mistakes that have cost my daughter and I both psychological and financial harm. At the hearing, Melissa was pressuring me to agree to an unsafe plan. She filed the wrong motion. Even the Judge said so. During the hearing, she was unprepared, kept making mistakes in facts, has a hearing problem, and did not make objections when needed. She barely cross-examined my ex-spouse and still denies she filed the wrong application even though the Judge said it herself. Choosing the right divorce attorney is one of the most important decisions you make. My daughter and I are still suffering the consequences of Melissa’s mistakes and her inflated bills. Be mindful who you choose to retain and do not be fooled by the website, the nice office, and the friendly front desk.

Melissa Needle has represented me for over 15 years through a long and frustrating process. I often say, the court system's wheels are rectangular and turn oh so slowly. Melissa has been much more than an attorney, as she counseled me through many emotional roller coaster rides. My legal team needed to present our case this past spring to the Appellate Court (for a second time) after (a second) judge's ruling. Melissa's partner Alex Cuda did the court document prep & submission work with Melissa's input, and he appeared on my behalf before the Appellate judges in May. The Appellate court just recently issued their decision; 100% in my favor on the multiple issues before them. Hopefully this closes a very painful chapter in my life. Alex had offered me ample time to read and comment on documents before they were submitted to the court, and because the Appellate hearings were recorded, I got to hear Alex make our case before the 3 Appellate judges. Given a very limited amount of time to speak, Alex was well prepared and concise in his presentation and with his answers. Alex remained calm, to the point, and non-argumentative under some difficult questioning by the three judges. Alex knew my case and Alex knows the law. A well built home starts with a good foundation, and Melissa certainly helped make Alex's job easier with the legal groundwork she had laid. But even with all their God given talents, some very talented names are on the all time Major League batter strike out list. (Reggie Jackson is # 1). Alex was terrific when game time arrived. Alex did a terrific job with Melissa's input on my (hopefully last) court case, and I could not be happier with the legal team of Needle/Cuda.
